Stress relief ?I’m 15. I get angry very easily and have been told to go to anger management. I get very bad chest pain to the point of tears if i get stressed and yell. I went to the doctor and nothing is wrong with my heart. I have been trying to control my anger and not yell as much so my chest dosen’t hurt.
